THIS POSITION IS FOR THE ATLANTA AREA.

Your position will be one of a payment processing consultant to business owners with the objective of selling them EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer) accounts. Therefore, a thorough understanding of business basics is essential. In this position, you will mainly be communicating with small to mid size business owners who have just purchased or are in the process of purchasing PC POS equipment. Through our partnerships with the manufacturers of POS software, all of your leads will be warm and you will be the recommended provider of electronic fund transfer. Job functions will include acquiring new accounts through furnished leads; negotiating, pricing and completing the sales process and building relationships with small businesses. You will also develop and maintain important revenue-generating client relationships and make contacts and develop strategies for selling merchant service products. Requires significant marketing presentation, sales and relationship building skills. May cross-sell other products depending upon customer needs and profile. Maintain reports and contact log for purposes of tracking sales and trends.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Driven sales professional to sell Credit Card and Payment Processing Services to businesses.
  • Two years previous Inside Sales experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Networking and business development skills a plus.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Self motivated.
  • Competitive nature and results driven personality.
  • Ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment.
  • College degree a plus or equivalent work experience.
  • Knowledge of bankcard industry a plus.
  • Business Math/Basic Accounting Skills.
  • PC Literate.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Strong sales, negotiation, closing and prospecting skills are REQUIRED. (2+ yrs. Experience) Professional verbal and written communication skills are a must.

DESIRED SKILLS:

Experience in Merchant Services is preferred but not required.
