Online Merchant Agreement

Before you begin, take a moment to review a listing of the information you will need to have available in order to complete the application. Once you have this information on hand, begin the merchant agreement below. The agreement should take 10-15 minutes.

Here's What You Will Need

• Adobe Acrobat Reader Software installed on your PC to view PDF's [Download Here]
• Business Contact Information (addresses, phone and fax numbers, contact email address, Web site address, etc.)
• Federal Tax ID or SSN for a sole proprietorship
• Company Ownership Information (including the owners' SSNs)
• Bank Reference and Routing Information (found at the bottom of a blank business check)
• Two invoices from suppliers (containing contact information and account number)
